“Economy” option from €138
This option includes delivery and collection of the equipment to the address provided, at the truck side.
Carrying the equipment from the truck to the event area (and back for collection) is your responsibility.
This option is available in Paris and in the 94 département, at a rate of €69 for delivery and €69 for collection.
On request, it can be arranged for the following départements: 77, 78, 91, 92, 93 and 95, with an adjusted rate.
“Service” option from €196
This option includes delivery and collection of the equipment inside the event venue.
Carrying the equipment from the truck to the event area (and back for collection) is handled by our delivery team.
The event venue must be accessible at ground floor level or by lift, with step-free access and a maximum distance of 25 m from the truck.
This option is available throughout the Île-de-France region (75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95), at a rate of €98 for delivery and €98 for collection. These rates apply to orders under 20 m³.
“Bespoke” option price on request
If you require a high-end, fully personalised service, this option is made for you.
Examples of specific services include:
- Precise delivery time slots
- Sunday, night-time or public holiday transport
- Additional handling if items must be carried by hand (stairs, narrow lift)-
- Set-up and installation of the equipment on the day of the event
- Delivery to certain regions: Upper Normandy, Lower Normandy, Champagne-Ardenne, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Picardy, Marne, Haute-Marne, Loiret, Yonne.
For an accurate quote, please provide as much information as possible about the delivery: floor level, access conditions, time slots, etc. The delivery package price will be calculated based on the details you provide.
Warehouse pickup
Would you like to collect your equipment yourself?
Événement & Objet allows you to collect your order directly from our warehouse, by appointment, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at 26 rue de Verdun, 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne.
Please note: warehouse pickup is not available for all types of equipment. Make sure you have a vehicle suitable for the volume of your order.
